Bridging Funds

In order to be able to use the Rose protocol or buy the ROSE token, one needs to pay gas fees with ETH, as well as possibly some other assets for the user's desired transactions.
To get ETH onto the Aurora blockchain for gas and/or other assets, one must bridge them over from some blockchain to Aurora. Currently, run-of-the-mill transactions on Aurora and Rose are very cheap, so one would only need a couple of USD worth of ETH for an extended period of time.

Below is a picture taken from Synapse protocol. The user is able to bridge from any of the available ecosystems to Aurora. In the example below it is Ethereum. The user selects the asset they want to bridge, chooses the amount and proceeds to press the Bridge Token button. At this moment the user's wallet will ask for confirmation. After this is completed, your funds should have successfully been bridged within a couple of minutes!

Other bridges should function similarly, with each supporting a different combination of tokens and chains and a varying degree of cost- and time-efficiency. Below are a list of the largest and most trusted bridges which support bridging to the Aurora ecosystem. Regarding the most cost-efficient and/or time-efficient ways to bridge your funds, do not hesitate to ask on our Discord or Telegram channels for support by our experienced team and commmunity members.
Bridges are not directly supported nor operated by Rose or any of its team members, so we cannot guarantee the safety nor the quality of the protocols.
